Discussion about
"Renovation of two existing buildings at 2098 and 2104 Frederick Douglass Blvd to 24 and 9-unit condo buildings. An additional 42-unit condo building will be constructed at 2100-2102 Frederick Douglass Blvd." When? I think this is a dud, no?

No- this one will be good after all. (in spite of all the previous & current issues) The tower is now built and they will be delivering the first units by the end of April. The building itself is adequate and the finishes are not high end, but it remains a good value in a great location. While both the owner/developer and their main broker are not especially courteous or professional- as the overall neighborhood improves, you won't be able to find or get this kind of space near both Central & Morningside Parks.
