As April ends and we turn towards May and the start of summer, here is the Hoboken Condo Market Update for the past 30 days. As of May 1, 2009 there are 559 active Hoboken condos for sale with an average days on market of 98 days. The average asking price is $588,984. In the past 30 days, 37 condos have sold in Hoboken. The average days on market for a sold Hoboken condo was 92 days with an average sales price of $446,151. Currently there are 116 condos under contract in Hoboken waiting to close.
