I love it... the idiot in denial who has though his condos were going up for the last year thinks others are a mess.

I'll take that as a compliment.. thanks Steve!

Interesting, because Crain's puts a big fat May 6 on it. I guess you are psychic!

> again, your posts are predictable and, wait for it, BORING! hahaha

Yes, I'm sorry truth and accuracy is so boring!

Sorry we can't be losing our shirts and in utter denial like Steve.. is that what you call exciting?!?! Hell, nothing is more predictable than Steve's nonsense.

ROTFL...

the "story" is definitely old (and by more than a couple of weeks). one simple test of this is to see :"“Prudential Douglas Elliman is interviewing agents from JC DeNiro, as both a courtesy and as a way to expand our already talented roster of brokers,” said Gary Cannata, the brokerage’s executive vice president and director of sales, in a statement." when you already have: thedenirogroup@elliman.com
( http://www.prudentialelliman.com/MainSite/Agents/default.aspx?oid=83 ).

perhaps there was a discussion of this, but much more surprising was the folding of possibly the 2 "top" firms in NY (in terms of old-money blue-blood-id-ness):

I hadn't seen that either; I'm sorry. I love Mom & Pops & family businesses & feel that's a loss, possibly for many.

Because the story "old" does not mean the story not of interest too anyone. I read the story today and glad I did when I did you dig.

Crain's though to include it as a story of the day.

I'm so sorry there are folks who are so bitter that they have to snap, but, wake up time... its a crash. You screaming at the bearers of bad news won't change that.

Its so funny how crash stories are now so "boring"... especially when the insults are coming from folks who denied the bubble!
