Can I have feedback on my condo that I am trying to sell? And please, hold nothing back. Give me the good and the bad! Thanks http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/318815-condo-502-park-avenue-lenox-hill-new-york
The kitchen needs some color on those walls.
Not enough bathrooms.
is that a staircase or an M.C. Escher drawing?
May I...
Where are the bowling pins?
not big enough
How much discount will you allow because there's no loggia?
The monthly maintenance is equivalent of a year of tuition...might want to re-think the ask.
It would only be worth $51 mil if it were in Bergen County.
Yes, increasing the price by 6 million dollars is a sure fire way to sell in this market.
Its actually not that big for the price - even by park avenue standards. I guess being Ivanka's neighbor is worth it.
The best part is the Home Depot staircase but I still think your ask is WAY too low.
OMG, some of these comments are F'ing funny, thanks for laughs!
i'm having some issues with the unequal sizing of the master bedroom closets. we're really conscious of gender issues in our family. could you resize, please? oh, and we'll pay another mill for the correction.
I see you removed the popcorn ceiling -- don't EVEN tell me it has a Liebherr fridge! I suppose if it is in fact the best priced 6200sf duplex penthouse with cross ventilation AND outdoor space in the neighborhood...

that's cause it includes the tuition of donald's seminars on "how to make it"
thanks for the feedback so far. Unfortunately, the ARM on my subprime mortgage is about to re-adjust and I need to sell ASAP. I only make $30,000 a year, but I was able to buy the place after my mortgage broker at Countrywide added TONS of zeros to my income on the application.
Where's the rest of it?
I wonder if this place has a commode on legs?

i was going to ask you to marry me until I saw your later post...$30k a year sorry.
I think the $20 million price cut was a good move. You think you could convince a few other sellers to cut prices like that?
