Discussion about 203 West 90th Street in Upper West Side

Does anyone know anything about the exterior work on this building? It is one of those pre-war buildings with a modern construction extension stuck on top. I was a little surprised to find out that the current exterior work is going to be extended to the upper newer floors and the projected length of the project is 2 years. Should I be concerned that a newish building (the top) is already getting repaired?

Yes, apparently they did a horrible job when they built the extension. Now they are fixing it.

The construction in the upper floors are still having issues.
The lower floors are better however "sponsor renovated" apartments are experiencing construction issues due to poor work by their contractors.
