Sorry-- but I forgot to add that Schwab House is 11 RSD.

It'll be interesting to see how long it'll take 15MW to sell (SW corner, river views, 3 beds). It's priced at 1.5ish. The MW line hasn't come on the market for a while.
I don't know what anything's worth anymore, but the 12MW $1.6M looks good. There's a similar one on the SE corner, on a low floor (judging by trees through kitchen window) that's asking only $150K less. I'd think anybody'd pay ~10% for full-on river view.
