Discussion about 8 Union Square South at 36 East 14th Street in Greenwich Village
How do owners & renters like living in this new condo? Do you hear a lot of the noise coming from union square, especially during "demonstrations" and other festivals?

I would also like to hear what people think about this building. How's the build quality, noise level, etc.

The apts are surprisingly quiet, and great quality windows.

I live next door and my windows are not quality - really loud. But not the demonstrators, more the ambulances (hospital on 4th) and firetrucks - all the time. Just really busy and can drive you a bit nuts after a while. But if you're not buying and more for short term is great.
