What's the latest on this building??
Its been taking them forever to complete the project; working on it for years, marketed for the past 8 months. All of a sudden their adds are pulled from Citi Habitats and NY Times. Listed as "no longer available" on this website.
Have they sold any units?? Is the project going to be completed as planned? Is it being converted to rentals? Going to be auctioned off??
They're obviously in trouble. Does anyone have any info??

I believe they are re-negotiating their financing and will put these back on the market later this year.

back on the market. 737 sq ft one beds now tagged with nearly 12,000 in annual taxes.. absurd.

went there this weekend as i live down the street. Apparently they have 3-4 units sold already and look to be near completion (maybe another month or so of work)...didn't really look at the RE Taxes but they seemed pretty standard, no abatements, part-time doorman so the cc seem pretty much in line as well. I think it was Stribling or Halstead that was now marketing it? Didn't really pay too much attention as I was just passing by and wanted to check the place out. looked nice overall but a bit pricey 1300/sq ft or something??

they have nothing sold and they tell you they do. what a waste- not one apartment here is in contract! they continue to say contracts are falling thru bc of financing issues but really the issues have to do w the building. there is only one line that is a nice layout- too much risk associated w this building

It would be generaous to say that the ACTUAL square footage is 75% of the ALLEGED square footage. I looked at several that are actually approx 600sf but they list for 1000 sf

Haven't seen this building yet but price per square foot doesn't seem bad given what other "new builds" are selling at. The lack of abatement is probably the main negative having not actually seen it yet, as it's competing with other actual real new builds which are only about 3 years into theirs.
