With May behind us, the Hoboken real estate market turns towards June and the start of summer 2009. As of June 1, there are 578 Active condos for sale in Hoboken spending an average of 103 days on the market. The average asking price is $577,105. In the past 30 days, 46 condos have sold in Hoboken. The average sales price of a sold Hoboken condo was $516,247. Currently there are 136 condos under contract waiting to close in Hoboken.
