I wouldn't reccomend them...they are limited on space and I have hear them having issues with mice. Plus the cost of the maintenence fee's are VERY high.

I went and saw the property, didn't like the feel of the building as some floor creaked when I walk on them. Location is nice. Price wise, I think they are pretty reasonable. Maintenance is basically expected of a refurb since there will eventually be repairs that is necessary. Overall, I was turned away by a combination of several factors.

We have had over 230 people buy who are very happy.

I purchased my apartment in march 2009 - maintenance people are very responsible - management is always very resposive as well and very nice - I wish I purchased a larger unit, but for now i love living here
