A list of improvements for Streeteasy

Allow accidentally-posted redundant threads to be removed by the threadstarter, at least if nobody else has replied.

something in your saves sales list that tells you when your saved apartments are doing open houses. or a weekly notification. that would be helpful to me at least.

1. Add text notes, or even photos and audio recordings directly on each listing's page.
2. Adding tags or categories to listings in the same place. (e.g. "saw it, but didn't like it", "need to call broker", etc.) Moving listings between saved lists is a crappy workaround.
3. Having #1 and #2 IN THE IPHONE APP would be amazing. Basically, I'd love to have my saved lists on the phone, go and visit each place, and record my impressions and triage.
4. Remember my mortgage calculator information. I have X dollars I can put down, and Y dollars I can pay for mortgage/taxes/maintenance each month. Streeteasy should be able to remember this and help indicate how affordable each listing is for me.

It would be cool to be able to send private messages to each other.
