This will probably not have much of an effect of the supply of incoming renters and future first time one-bed buyers who drive the purchase market from the bottom up.
law firms, including Cravath, delaying first years and hiring almost nobody for next year's summer programs won't make a difference either, this year or later.

Of course this is huge to the rental and entry level buying market (which will resonate all the way up). Plus, remember all those lines about "ok, the high end is being affected, but the low end..."
