Discussion about

there hasnt been much discussion lately on the commercial market nor the developers market. Where have the permits been? Any thoughts? I do know that there are deals in the works that would be the largest leasing deals in the history of NYC. What are developers and commerical leasing agents seeing these days?

Do you know about sales in 139 Centre Street commercial building? Broker told me it's 70% sold or in contract but don't see any deal closing on SE. Where can I find that info and what's should be $$$/sq ft for these commercial units? Thanks.
