voice forum?

(I replied to someone elses post but thought I should set up a different subject for this question) I've been thinking of setting up a voice chat session for Streeteasy (basically a free 24 hour conference call - for anyone with a broadband connected web browser and a headset/microphone). Do people think this will work and intelligent conversation about New York real estate will occur or will it just denigrate into heavy breathing and name calling? Seriously interested in peoples thoughts?

This could never work, a conference call with how many people arguing over who's ideas are correct? All you would hear is a bunch of idiots talking over each other because everyone is so damn stubborn and only think their opinions matter and only their opinions are correct. This could NEVER work.

I almost agree with #3, because I am one of those stubborn people, but I say give it a try anyway.
