Anyone familiar with Pier Pointe in Bay Ridge?

Hi everyone, i am new here and would like to seek your opinions. I went to the open house at 6833 shore road in bay ridge and was really interested in some of the units. however, I heard that the bldg might have some financial problems. Any insider info? Any opinion will be appreciated.

I personally have not seen them, but wondered who would buy there. The smell from the treatment plant is strong in that area, especially during summer months or when the wind is blowing in the "right" direction.

Agreed. It STINKS, STINKS, STINKS right there. Even if you're doing 60 mph on the belt with the windows closed. Avoid!

Although I dig Bay Ridge closer to the Verrazano (Ft. Hamilton, the park with the cannon, etc).
