i have been looking at an apartment in this building and i am concerned about 2 things: the listing price keep changing, down, then up again... is that normal? also they have not been showing for 3 weeks...

i've also noticed the lack of marketing there for the past few weeks-- hardly even any ads on craigslist. i've also noticed that some units have been offer accepted (via the aptsandlofts website) for a few weeks now without going into contract.

a lot of people can't close until 50% of units or more are sold...the finishings look great but i think the price is still too high for the area.

i think the area is great... there are nice stores and restaurants and cafes. It's not as hectic as the Bedford area. Also- a big plus is that you not only have the Graham street subway station but also the Lorimer one which has an extra line, the G, walking distance. It's certainly still a developing, up-and-coming area but has great potential. I have a friend who lives close by, maybe 5 blocks from the evry and is very happy, has only good things to say about the area and she has been there since January.
