If you look through that thread you'll see how little action there is for East Village boutique condos, and 213 appears to be no exception.

That building is a hot mess!

211 did have one hell of flip contracted in late 07 (check out #4). FWIW, it also had a celeb buyer who may or may not still live there. Ownership was supposedly transferred to a trust, but I don't see it reflected in the sales records here.
