yes -- highly overpriced in a not so nice block -- block behind it is especially not nice.
amazing that they think they can ask these kind of prices in a non elevator building with the front decorated with a fire escape that the realtor tells you is a balcony

This block is not one of the worst blocks in the area. You have the school, but for people who work you will not see any of that you will not be home in the day.
