Discussion about The Suzanne at 105 Ainslie Street in Williamsburg
I like the size of the 1 bed living rooms. I also like the finishes from what I can see on the web. Location is meh, and prices need to come down more. Not sure how I feel about the developer's daughter popping up peek-a-boo style on the website and that whole angle.

finishes are pretty nice and the 1br living rooms are good sized. I agree about the prices- once we start seeing $500/sqft and lower things will start moving i think. Its nice to have a building with parking in the area too.

The apartments are big with good layouts furnishings. I actually like the location, but thats more of a personal thing. Agreed though, price is too expensive, and common charges are too much for how little you get.

The developer's daughter kinda weirds me out too.
