Hotel Condo

Ino: I live across the street on CPS. The nabe is great. You have to wade through a lot of tourists but in all my years living in NY, never loved a nabe more. Transportation heaven. But mostly I can walk anywhere.

Thanks MRussell, that is new info for me. I assume that if a condo owner is renting out, there is no time restriction as there is with a co-op.

sls: I have never used bad language before on SE and I have never said anything, ANYTHING, derisive about anybody......but let me just say-- please go back and read what SE wrote, what I wrote and your response. Some 700 square foot 1 bedrooms are listed there at 1 Central Park West for $1.3 million - ok with a view and not so off Lincoln Center - but with $4000 monthly charges. How will that make sense in a million years?
