This was by far the lesser of the two condos - the other being 100 Jay.

The common areas are nicer than 100 Jay. 100 Jay's common areas remind me of a dorm. The Jay is nicer from the outside.

any updates on this? 16D is still on the market and 17D just went into contract at a lower price.
