Can the allotted storage space be included?

I've always lived in single family homes but will be relocating to NYC later this year. We've been looking at condos and many times they tell us that the storage space allotted for the condo we're interested in is an extra fee each month. If we buy a sponsor unit, is it possible to get the storage space that goes with that unit included in our deal so that we won't have to pay an extra fee for it each month? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
