HI, my friend lives in it and loves it. She has two kids who go to Trevor Day school just across the street, so it is perfect for her and the building is friendly with her big dog. SHe says that some of her neighbors are snobby, but she is an artist so maybe not your typical upper east sider. She has a two bedrooms with amazing views, her apartment is amazing but I believe it is more due to her taste than the place itself. Still for someone with taste...The pool is great, the view gorgeous. I don't know the price, I don't know the management fee, but I think it is a great place to live if you have children going to school in the area. If you can stretch to it, the upper floors are worth it.

Yes, I've been in an apartment on the 17th floor and Viran is right! The area is pricey but if this is the area you want, maybe you should look into the building a little further. Many of the units have terraces and I think Rose associates manages the building. Good luck.
