It looks like some properties in the building were taken off the market, although it doesn't look like they've been put into contract.

Beautiful building but come on, over $1,000 psf? The other "bad" feature is the "LIVING/DINING" is too small for a supposed 3BD unit - the largest unit in the building (that is visible from the website anyway) and yet one would be hard pressed to fit a living room and a dining room in that small space. But, I guess that is the norm for "LUXURY LIVING" in NYC.
Pricing on this development looks like it hasn't budged from the 2007-2008 offering levels. Probably makes sense to wait until units are put up for rental (either by the developer or the new owners) and just rent - which will be much cheaper than buying. Common charges are also sky high in this building. Don't see much upside here. Who is going to pay top dollar when they can get deals in manhattan in decent recent developments?
