Manhattan Condo Listings Snapshot Size (ft²) $ per ft² Price Studio 544 1,128 605,000 1 BR 790 1,091 855,000 2 BR 1,304 1,226 1,625,000 3 BR 1,973 1,505 3,050,000 4+ BR 3,100 1,758 5,615,000 Is there any way to get a historical snapshot in a chart? I see average asking price is still around $1,100 psf. Has prices gone down from the Spring?

This can't be right...

$1,100 psf!!! Isn't it suppose to be in the 700s???

Those are just asking prices, actual selling is much lower, like 700s
