The place is in pretty good shape with the one exception of a small guest bathroom which looks like it has not been re-done since circa 1960. We don't want to move anything, and I already had the bathtub re-surfaced, as it was really icky. I think the renovation would be a replacement of wall and floor tiles, toilet, vanity, light fixture and sink. This is not a bathroom that will be used with a lot of frequency, so I don't need top of the line finishes. I would like to keep costs down.
Two Questions for the renovation gurus:
1. Any suggestions on names of contractors who will do a small job like this for a reasonable price; and
2. What is a ballpark reasonable amount for us to spend on doing this?
Many thanks in advance for your renovation wisdom!

Paid 9K for a bathroom. This included work materials such as pipes, backer board, grout.. but not tile, vanity, tub... Very happy with the tile work and the project was completed quickly but they could have done a better job cleaning every day. Is this reasonably priced in your opinion?
