When it was for sale as a combo with 9b in mid 2006 and then sold separately in 12/06, it was listed at $1375 psf. Now 9a is listed for $1347 psf. What is it about this apt that makes it resistant to the recent downturn in the market? Could it be overpriced? But it looks like a beautiful apt.

great builidng. high maintenance. if you were to revert to a 3 bedroom it seems like the living room gets awfully skinny. price doesnt seem nuts to me - high esp given the maintenance, but not nuts
