You mean there are SIGNS that things are looking up. Not the same thing.

But this is SIGNS of stabilization, which is two steps removed from looking up.

Try again, moron! I already noted I was buying in the 6s and 7s. While you lost TONS, I made TONS.

Its morons like YOU who buy after the increase.

You did it in RE and lost your shirt, and I wouldn't be surprised if you're doing it in stock, too!

Sorry, you lost, sucker!

" i invest that in stocks and have made millions"

So the moron finally admits that RE investing was a mistake...

TOLD YOU SO, moron.... unfortunately, you bet wrong, and now you're broke.
That you changed your mind AFTER stocks jumped just shows how you're always calling it wrong.

I guess perfitz buying is a sign for us to sell!

And did you actually just try to call someone else a liar.

ROTFL

> Things are looking up.

Only when you conveniently leave out the parts you don't want to see.

From the crain's coverage of the same report:

"Not all the news indicated stabilization. While the housing market showed signs of life in northern New Jersey and upstate New York, it continued to deteriorate in the five boroughs, with the steepest declines seen in Manhattan. Drops were seen in both sales and rentals. "
