Discussion about
woo-hoo! Keep it rolling! (and take a bit of profit)
take a lot of profit, company's are making money on far lower revenues and cost cutting. Even efficiency has it's limits.
"Even efficiency has it's limits."
But apostrophe's dont.
why is the insiders buy/ sell ratio so bearish? I know the economic numbers are less bad (still not good), but you'd have to concede that the insider buy/ sell ratio might be one of the best leading indicators for the market.

The interpretation of this data is very straightforward. When insiders are selling much more stock than they're buying (i.e. the blue indicator line on the chart goes outside of the red trading band), then we can assume that insiders aren't feeling particularly optimistic and more often than not it precedes weakness in equities.

I am. Good thing with SSOs bought near the lows, you can take out what you put in, and still have just as much left in there...
nyc10022 are you bravely shorting or not really?
I wouldn't call it "brave" and not really shorting.... but I do have some derivative stuff I bought as "insurance". Its more than outweighted by the longs (by far) but I have that for some nice cash to buy more if we get under 8k again.
But I'm net long...
