just saw it Good cute little place, good living room size. south facing, NO CONDO BOARD (building is 50% sponsor owned) Bad It is NOT a brownstone, 4 flight walk up to 7E no elevator, no doorman, no AC the bedroom ceiling is exactly 6 feet tall bathroom needs TLC Ugly kitchen/dining area needs TLC, no sufficient space to place a dining table since you are using it to house your pots/pans
