Riversider - you've obviously never been there! It's hicksville. Pacific Northwest, may as well be in Alaska. The people are provincial and dull, dull, dull. May as well be in Philly for that matter! Dullsville.

or Dwayne, you're leaving something out - Seattleites think that they are a cosmopolitan city, a thriving cultural center - if it were only dull it wouldn't be so bad! The metro area has nightmarish commutes as well

Actually pretty nice. And $400 K gets you a whole lot more home than a studio.

NYC remains way overpriced.

Brace yourself for a shock: My parents did not actually name me Dwayne Pipe. It is an internet name only. If you send a holiday card to "Dwayne Pipe, NYC" it will be returned. Save yourself the 42 cents.
