sky view parc is the price going down

anyone know? I heard they are selling, but are prices negotiable?

I believe that prices are negotiable, but not sure how much. My husband and I are very interested in the building, but we are a bit concerned how long it will take them to finish things. A lot of the construction seems to be on hold. Anyone that purchased there know what's going on? They supposedly have 70% sold on the first tower already.

I have friends interested in this building too. Related and Tishman Construction are now part of the project team and closings have apparently already started and people have begun moving in. Despite the downturn, the pricing seems to have held up. It’s very conveniently located and there isn't any product like this in the area.

I was told from the salesperson that only two families live in the finished building. And their "finished" building isn't finished. When we were visiting the model homes, there was construction going on. We weren't even able to view the apts that we are interested in because they weren't finished. We are hesitant since we don't want to have to wonder when amenities will be finished...
