Hello all, In a typical co-op, after submitting a request for permission to redo floors, do boards ever 'inspect' an apartment prior to giving permission? I ask because I (not having read the permission to "decorate" forms) have already begun removing some of the flooring. Thanks, John Here are some typical responses I expect, so lets get them out of the way in advance: You should've read the forms first. You're stupid. You're not very bright.

'Permission to Decorate' forms, oy I doubt I'll ever by a Coop if this is the kind of crap you have to deal with.
