The Plaza - courtyard views?

Go and see. It's a tall, narrow courtyard hemmed in all four sides. Some plants and stuff at the bottom.

On the plus side, you probably have less of the smell from the horses out front, though.

Last I'd heard, living in this building is like living in a ghost town because nearly all units are owned by absentee owners who are rarely there. Sounds kind of depressing to me. Add to that no views? I guess to each his/her own. No sure why one would pay an ultra premium for this. If you can afford these prices, wouldn't you choose an apt in a different premium building with a view?
