Park Slope sale @ $212k: is this a one-bedroom?

Does anyone happen to know if this is a one-bedroom? I assumed it was a studio, given the closing price of $212k, but the "A" floorplan is a one-bedroom in the case of 4A, if you look at the building history. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/closing/905133 thx.

2A must be a studio, as it's 19 shares while the one-bedroom 4A is 38 shares.
