Curious to see if this is just a case of crazyness or is this normal... I've bid on two units so far in the city and both sellers and my agent don't use written offers, its all verbal... is this normal?

yea, it's mostly done through emails with the agents. they exchange financial info and the price. I thought it was weird too but there's a lot of stuff with purchasing in NY that's out of the ordinary

Thanks for the updated info.... yeah learning alot about doing real estate in the city.... Toto this isnt Kansas anymore....
