Once the dust settles with the immediate disaster at the Rushmore, do you see this as a stable condo bldg....or will it become rental and fall into Extell's potential financial woes?

ultra luxe building. Couldn't possibly be a rental building, way way too high quality. Doesn't mean it won't struggle. But it is not a rental building. Otherws on Trump Row could qualify for that however.

I don't know if the lenders really give a rat's ass if the quality is too high to be a rental.
