Why is this even on the market. $1200 per square footage? Only a 6% chop since February last year?

that's probably the reason it's been on the market for almost a year. only an idiot would pay $799K for a 650 sqft 1 bed. only thing going for it is it's a condo. my guess it's at least $299K overpriced.
