Anyone know how much this TH is going for? I'm just curious. I believe the for sale sign out front is Elliman's, but I can't seem to locate this listing anywhere. It's a lovely TH. Love the paint job.

Ok, so this was my visuospatial error. Its actually 22 West 75th St. BUT, I did better than these idiots who have it listed as 4 West 75th: http://www.prudentialelliman.com/Listings.aspx?ListingID=1087117&rentalperiod=&SearchType=Broker_Current&Region=NYC&BID=KAS.
wtf? Isn't that the San Remo?
Anyway, it's a little out of our price range.

Not exactly the first time it's been offered, if it's 22 West 75th.

Long history of this house, first someone bought and evicted tenants based on fake sob story. Resold vacant house to the sellers in this ACRIS record who did a gut reno, but sold before the reno was finished (story in NYT, broker Siegel of Fenwick). Now it's getting flipped again.
