This building has a massive mouse infestation problem. Be sure to ask for the memo the board sent to owners in April09 re: the issue and remedies being attempted.

Not sure what your motivation is for announcing this issue. Are you trying to buy all these properties and want to keep away other buyers? While people appreciate you letting them know, setting up separate discussion topics for each unit seems like you have an agenda.
