Here is a great business model with virtually no overhead: charge people to work for free. Charge college students and recent grads $8,000 to do an unpaid internship in NYC. If I had thought of this, I'd be on the Forbess 400 list! http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/09/business/09intern.html

You have to be skeptical of students internships I remember in my day you could only get them if you were a minority because it helped the minority numbers of the big banks. In the past couple years we hired and then had to fire one of these guys whose sense of entitlement trickled into her full time career.
