Third Quarter 2009 Price Change (Manhattan Coop PPSF)?

Based upon to be reported Miller Samuel Manhattan "coop" price per square foot, how much lower or higher are reported prices likely to be for third quarter of 2009? (Using coop prices to avoid the quirkiness of new development condo contract/sales.) 2Q 2008 $1146 3Q 2008 $1056 4Q 2008 $1059 1Q 2009 $968 2Q 2009 $917 3Q 2009 $??? Pls. express as either a dollar figure or a percentage +/- change. I think we have seen a further 5% decline in prices to about $871.

Well, they already released some of the contract data (though not psf), and I believe it was another 5% down.... though I wouldn't be surprised if another 5% decline came from the "mix" change.
