Has anyone actually seen this duplex? Is that space on the second level actually useable for anything other than storage?

It's not "zoned" for sleeping but it's super bright and pretty finished. I think could be a brilliant green house, library, etc. If I had that unit I would put a few couches and bookcases up there and it could be a favorite room!

Thanks bkgirl - you bought in this building, right? Do you think there's space to build a small breakfast bar/thin island by the kitchen or is the space too tight?

also, i feel like the units on the 4th floor there's a much bigger window for negotiation...they're the only units that haven't sold anything yet.
