not even close to worth the money. Even 100k seems like too much. Place is currently empty and I'm sure will be for a while. Its crazy that someone would actually purchase 300 sq feet or maybe even less for over 200k.

I think I may have looked at these in 1996. They cost $35k then. Is the building pink?

Nope...its an old looking greyish brick building. 35k sounds abt right
