the fact that the owners were originally trying to more than double the sales price of the apartment in three years is laughable.
I think they figure no one figures this out, b/c no one personally calls them out on it. Or at least, that's my theory. When they get calls / emails about it they may change tactics, or am I naive?
and when the listing is stale, they will just change it back to the original address...the place isn't even that great, but the owner is too personally invested to think otherwise
Just linked this discussion to the listing, at least anyone using streeteasy can see the connection. Will be interesting to see what it closes for.
