Wendy Maitland used an alternative address to hide the history on this apt. 1st link is to original listing, which was de-listed. 2nd link is to new lising with new address. 3rd link is for segment on Open House NYC which previewed the apt. when under original broker and original address. You can see they are the same apt. More dirty tricks. ... [more]

the fact that the owners were originally trying to more than double the sales price of the apartment in three years is laughable.

I think they figure no one figures this out, b/c no one personally calls them out on it. Or at least, that's my theory. When they get calls / emails about it they may change tactics, or am I naive?

and when the listing is stale, they will just change it back to the original address...the place isn't even that great, but the owner is too personally invested to think otherwise

Just linked this discussion to the listing, at least anyone using streeteasy can see the connection. Will be interesting to see what it closes for.
