and the government has created its own subprime origination mess, with the taxpayers directly at risk. hundreds of billions of dollars to prop up prices, and here we stand today. just wait until this baby collapses. why deal with problems now when you can make them oh-so-worse for the future?

A friendly message from the government
There is a lot of disinformation about the government out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can't keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about the government reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov. You may also report any suspcious activity to your local ACORN representative.

please, do forward that the Wall Street Journal had some very negative things to say about how the government has used taxpayer monies to engage in the business of subprime loans. i'd think ACORN would be interested as well.
if you see a poor deluded idiot who'd like to buy underwater property in alpine, NJ, please send an e-mail to elpresidenteidiotica@ptcruiser.com.
