Of course we have our plans already and early in development, and launch will come hopefully by JAN 2010. Im scared to say earlier. BETA testing will last 8-12 months and we will aggressively ask for user feedback on the first system launched

that may be tough..how will I know what each property owner is levered to. but I agree, that would be nice..is there a source that shows an individuals mortgage debt?

You may want to ask for volunteer beta testers here? Beta testing by those who helped in the creation of a system often leads to bugs not being found because the blind spot which caused the problem remains in the testing (former Arthur Andersen Systems Consultant - testing was always a totally separate group than programming)

This is like in your early 20s going to your "friend's" show which you wouldn't go to if it wasn't your "friend" and telling her how great the performance was.

I'm a graph nerd so how about charts that let you slice and dice the data all different ways. Or even let you write you're own SQL "where" clauses and charted the results.

I've always appreciated your analyses and I hope they continue as well.

Oh- it'd be great if you could hook into the google maps plugin based on longitude/latitude and let people circle a set of blocks and see the same charts you have now, but within that area.
