This was a rental that they decided to convert into condos. The prices are outrageous for the location. You'll have to walk 6 blocks before getting to Carroll Gardens. Back in the day, only 5 yrs ago, anything beyond 4 Pl was Red Hook.

Court, especially there, is very congested. You'll be breathing the filth from the Gowanus 6 lanes of traffic, if you want views. With no views you'll be dealing with the train noise.

If you have kids, think private school that runs about $25K per yr.

Not good.

Building had a lot of reports of problems... leaks, rats. Its at the far, far end of court street near the bqe, not where you want to be. And overpriced for all that.
