Anyone get out to see any open houses today?
Saw 233 East 69th #8B today (2 bed/2 bath). Listed at $899k. Space is nice and renovated but kitchen is TINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hm, wonder if you could bump it out into the dining area to make it bigger?
ev, I'm curious to hear about 235 East 49th Street, too. I think it's a great area & the facade of that building fascinates me but it seems the apartments are smallish & I have the idea that that unit is right on the street. Let me know if you see it.
You might check on that 'no pets' policy; it seems to me I heard that it's not written in stone.
Drdrd, I will do that. I'm out of town next weekend but I fully intend to swing by as soon as feasible. I just like the weird high ceilings, and I think you could do a lot more with that funny lofted alcove space. Then again, I have a well-documented affection for slightly peculiar layouts.
