how can I find out what 448 east 87 2b went for last ?

#2B last sold in 2002, so the sale's not recorded in ACRIS. There's a UCC1 of that date for the owner's mortgage, but no mortgage amount.

There's the possibility that the owner bought for cash before then, and that the UCC1 was for a HELOC or something.
